Service: Sr. Staff Technical Course Developer

Research, analyze, design and develop instructional training materials for both instructor-led and eLearning environments. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and solutions. Create and analyze assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and delivery of training to customers.
Required Job Skills:
? Must have experience in writing operational, troubleshooting and maintenance training guides for hardware, software, and networking within either the Video Broadcast and or Server environment.
? Ability to work alone or on a team, or lead a team
? Ability to configure and operate hardware, software, and network independently.
? Maintain effective work relationships within and outside the training department.
? Write at a sufficient level of expertise to minimize editing.
? Adhere to department style guide and production standards.
? Report progress and status to manager or project lead.
? Meet commitments and deadlines.
Years of Direct Experience Required:
? Bachelor’s degree in English, Adult Education, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
? Minimum of 15 years of technical writing and delivery in the computer or video broadcast field.
? Must have designed and developed at least 8-15 technical publications for instructor-led classes.
? General knowledge of digital video broadcast, networking concepts, and storage servers.
? General knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, CIFS and SAMBA.
? General knowledge of FTP, TFTP, DHCP, BOOTP, and SNMP protocols.
