Job Description
Looking for a Sr. CRM Application Consultant with experience in SalesForce CRM Application Development, Data Integration and Customizations. Analyze requirements, develop technical designs and develop components/extensions in Salesforce.com platform, integration between SFDC and other Enterprise/On-Demand applications. Enforce best practices, standards and guidelines related to application development. Produce detailed documentation and provide training to the users of the application and technologies

Required Job Skills:
- Deep knowledge and working experience in Salesforce.com platform – force.com, APIs, Apex Triggers, Visual Force, Workflow, etc. Should enforce best practices, standards and guidelines.
- Experience in integrating SFDC with other external and on-demand systems using integration tools like Informatica or CastIron.
- Extensive experience in Java,.NET, SQL Server, SQL, VB, ASP and Web Services.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in CRM, ERP and other enterprise applications including deep understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Install Base, Service Contracts and Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication, quick learning and training skills.

Years of Direct Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in CRM, ERP and other enterprise applications including deep understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Install Base, Service Contracts and Operations.
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.

Areas of Direct Experience:
- IT Experience in CRM, Sales, Marketing, Service Contracts, Install Base and RMA Process

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
